Hello, I’m Toni
founder of Greenbric Property Management Ltd and a firm believer that property management doesn’t have to be corporate, cold, or complicated.
I’ve been managing estates and apartment developments since 2018, and I’ve learned that successful property management is about people just as much as it is about buildings. Clear communication, honesty, and a determination to see things through are at the heart of how I work — and the reason I started Greenbric in 2024.
After years of looking after developments in Surrey and Hampshire, I wanted to create a service that feels personal, approachable, and refreshingly straightforward. No jargon, no endless call centres — just a hands-on, proactive approach with care and accountability at its core.
People often say I’ve got a knack for finishing what I start — with a bit of determination (and stubbornness!) to get things over the line, for keeping finances in excellent order, and for being easy to reach when something needs attention. My aim is simple: to give residents and directors peace of mind that their homes and investments are well looked after.
And when I’m not sorting out service charges or estate matters? You’ll probably find me out walking my dog, Remi — who’s far less interested in spreadsheets but very good at reminding me to take a break.
